Little Hanoi Hotel

The best and perfect location, just 100 feet to the Hoan Kiem Lake and 300 feet to the water puppet theater. The room was comfortable with ample charging points 😄 In the room they are not providing water cattle but when I requested they provide me a hot water thermos which was more than my requirements, thank you guys. I booked Ha Long Bay tour via hotel, it was good. The guide who was leading the tour was nice and spoke English very well 👌 The staff is excellent not one person all of them are great👍 The room had no view but it didn't matter as it is not a hill station.

I booked my hotel in Hanoi 1 week before my flight. I had to read reviews and make sure the location is close to most of the attractions within the city. This was my 2nd time in Vietnam and my experience was good in Ho Chi Minh. I highly recommend Little Hano Hotel to everyone travelling to this city. It’s right next to the lake and close to a lot of attractions. The room is clean and spacious enough. There is a lift if the room is on the higher floor. But the best thing about this hotel are the staff - Khanh, Thuy and especially Jenny. Thank you so much for taking good care of us. For helping us book our airport shuttle, the day tours to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh and showing us where to go for the other days. I love the daily breakfast and our short talks while waiting at the lobby. I will definitely stay again at this hotel when I go back to Hanoi.

Staff were great. In a decent location by the lake. Maybe 15/20 walk to old quarter. Very quick in a grab. Air con was pretty good. Tidy. Good place.

The receptionist are really nice, Jenny helped us to book our tour to Hà Giang and Halong Bay, she also helped us to book the train to Da Nang. We really enjoyed everything! The breakfast is so good, you have omelette, soup or just eggs, of course you can choose coffee, tea or juice. I think it has the best location ever, the price is really convenient.
